Locations:
At this time, EntheoFarm only ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We dp NOT ship to Canada or other countries.
Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 3pm CST Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after cutoff on Friday are shipped the following Monday unless a Postal Holiday falls on that day. We do strive to process and ship all orders through 4pm-5pm CST each business day. If you receive a shipping confirmation/tracking number from USPS (and our shopping cart system) then your order is going out the same day. If you select First Class shipping from our Samples pages, you will only receive a confirmation email and no tracking number. Please take into consideration Postal Holidays when ordering.
Methods:
In the continental United States, our products can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. The base price for shipping USPS Priority Mail is $5.70, however, this can increase for larger orders (rare). Express Mail costs a flat $20 fee. We have found that the majority of our Priority Mail orders have been received by our customers in just two to three days! This is not a guarantee that you will receive your order in that time though. Depening on weather conditions or issues with USPS, it could take up to a week or more. All Priority Mail and Express Mail shipments will have Delivery Confirmation/tracking for you to check the status. We offer USPS First Class for our Sampler products - these items may take longer than the other shipping methods to reach you.
IMPORTANT: When opting for Express Mail shipping, make sure to calculate the expected delivery date on USPS.com by using your zipcode and ours (78634) - you will notice that some locations take 2 days. Click here to calculate expected delivery times: http://postcalc.usps.gov/
Sometimes your order can still arrive the next day. Express Mail is actually NOT a guaranteed service because delays can be caused on your courier's end. USPS contracts 3rd party couriers, and we, as shippers, waive USPS of their responsibilities when using their service. It is a good idea to develop a relationship with your mail courier so they can be contacted in the event that problems arrive with delivery. We cannot refund Express Mail shipping fees in the event of a service failure because USPS ultimately does not guarantee the service (3rd party couriers are left with the final discretionary powers).
